Horrible Wave

This wave is soo intense it literally feels like acute. With not a second of relief. Mild Akathisia , extreme anxiety. Confusion. Hot flushes . Etc

@[da...], may your wave be a sign of coming improvement! For me, it often works exactly like this. Soon after each of the hardest setbacks, i begin feeling a way better in general, more stable. Hope for you it'll be the same.

Sorry to hear about your wave dave23 I hope it passes!

When I get a wave I just stay in bed and watch a comfort show and let the sxs just flow through me. I find acknowledging and accepting them helps a lot, instead of when I fight it. I just zone out and watch a tv show I enjoy.

I hope your wave ends soon and you are one step closer to feeling better

Thanks. But watching tv can be too stimulating. I can barely keep up with what’s happening due to the brain fog. 😅
