Hi guys, Just wanted to update everyone- the severe wave seems to have calmed down!!  I will be 1 year out in two weeks, and I'm looking forward to it again

 

Don't want to speak too soon, but the past 5 days have been very tame.  Just as fast as things came on, they left.

 

Just wanted to post this to say- never ever give up because I thought I was done for again, but i waited it out and held all my medication & things calmed down again 2 months later now.

 

Don't know if this will last, but thank you to everyone who said and kind words, talked to me thru things or messaged me to check in ❤️. Appreciate it so much!

Yes omg, the ups and downs are insane.. that literally felt like acute again out of nowhere, all the same symptoms 😵‍💫 @[Kr...]

@[C-...] Yes thank you!! Not feeling great still, but the severity is down a GOOD bit.  I'm not where I was pre wave but it is better for sure. 

 

I know I have a lot of hope for healing, just about getting there ❤️
