Dystonia and heavy weak body gravity pulling postural issues

My muscles are so bad I am literally 24/7 pulled and clenched in EVERY muscle, it makes me motorically seen very bad I can’t button up my child clothes, I can’t write , then I can’t stand without such severe pain turning into stone that I feel like screaming and destroying my whole surroundings, I am pulled down 24/7 by gravity . 
Then I feel like my head is made of cement and is pressed to death , same for my upper spine and belly , same for my eyes they are stuck frozen
Everything is terrible, 
I have a deformed posture I can’t do nothing beside laying down . 
I don’t want this anymore 

I can’t do this forever the pain is beyond what a human can experience , 

If you can’t imagine how I feel ask someone to lock you up in a wooden box with your head between your knees and stay like that for a year. 

It’s such torture it makes me wanna ……

I can’t handle this forever and I know not many people have this so severe over their whole body especially not the upper

 

21 months off 

Physically seen ZERO improvement 

Onky a few hours lessening here and there.
Accute tolerance to the drug so reinstate impossible .

What can I do?

Mentally I am much better

What can I do??????
