My hands twitch all the time. I can't look at the light. I used to like to stay at hotel lobbies and lounges since they were comfy. Now they torture me because of the lights. This is too much. I can't go to the shopping mall. The electricity tortures my brain. They are not brain zaps. It is a constant. The tongue spasms. I bite my tongues all by myself. No Sleep. No Qualitify of Life.
