Antipsychotic issues?

I think I was withdrawing last month from Klonopin for the first time. Was dealing with bad anxiety and thought I might be going manic. Tried Latuda and Saphris both of which made my heart race, broke out into a sweat and couldn't sit still for over an hour. Never had these symptoms from anti-psychotics before. From what I've read, withdrawing from benzos reduces dopamine in the brain and these medications block dopamine. I also read that on Wiki that taking an antipsychotic during benzo withdrawal can be harmful? Does anyone have more information on this? I was prescribed some Olanzapine recently to help with sleep but have been to scared to take it and have been sleeping poorly for a few days.

I know some take Seroquel for sleep with success. The tend to take it sporadically so not to become dependant.
