(I hope this is the right forum) but today is the first day I’m no longer taking klonipin I’m anxious and depressed but I’m proud it’s been a year of withdrawal, I hope to start feeling better agoraphobia is getting so bad

Congratulations @[Si...] on being benzo free! That is a huge accomplishment and you should indeed be proud of yourself.

Just because you are off the drug does not mean that all symptoms will immediately disappear. It takes time for the nervous system to find balance again. You have take a big step in that direction. Just be patient and accept the process. Believe in your healing!

I had no idea how delicate the human nervous system was before this injury. I’m still learning how to navigate all of this as it is an ever changing, unpredictable journey.
