I guess. For everyone is diferent. I had it just in begining. But i probably have other simptoms that others don’t have. Imprortant thing is that it will go away with time! Every simptom! Even most persistant!

Welcome @[li...], Also, for @[Pa...].  I'm still tapering, but at the start especially, I had some pretty strong dizzy spells.  I can't tell you it was for sure it was wd sxs, but mine went away I think after a couple of months.  That can sound like an eternity, but I totally agree with @[De...] about us all being different.  I also find many have the same symptoms, but different degrees depending on how much of the benzo we took, how long, and well, just depends on a whole lot of things.

What I started doing was exercises, easy-does-types like "planks" for example.  At first it was super hard, kept going off balance and starting over again, but I don't have any dizzy spells, not for a long time.  Here's a link to some exercises you could try that might help you too.  I think nutrition is essential in our healing as well, oregonlady :mybuddy:

That article is probably a bit overwhelming, but even doing just one, easy thing might help you.  I just used my yoga mat to do some floor exercises ♥️
