Left sided head pain, eye strain, chest pain, left side of throat feels choked, Left arm, elbow, wrist hurt.

As I type, spasm of pain below right rib.

I need relief. 3 to 4 hrs of pain.

What can help relieve the chest pain? I went to ER last evening. ECG and troponin blood levels were normal.

Woke up in pain a couple of hours ago. Took a paracetamol
