Dosage timing

Hey Buddies, I realize you are supposed to take meds at the same time everyday. I take my Ativan doses 3xday, 7am, 3pm, and 11pm. I'm thinking it shouldn't matter if I take my am dose at 7am one day, but not til 7:15 the next day. I'm very consistent on my 3pm and 11pm dosing, but don't set an alarm for the am, so sometimes it's 7: 30 or 7:45am. Just curious if it makes a difference. Opinions?

I'm sure a few minutes or even more won't be a problem, your body will let you know if it is. 

If you have difficulty taking that dose consistently and you're concerned, you could move your other doses out a bit unless staying up past 11 pm is pushing it.
