My ex broke non contact and I’m super paranoid from him that his going to hurt me he did have ill intentions in the past but I’m not sure about now he denies everything. I cut 2 days ago when he got in contact with me but it’s made me spiral ocd thoughts are killing me generally I wouldn’t care so much because he also has a lot to lose
