Burning headache at the back of my head.

Does anyone else recognize a burning headache at the back of the head? 

Been having this for about a week now. and it reminds me of something I had 4.5 years ago.
I hope that isn't it.

I’m about 5 and yes - I had that all week last week! 😭 awful system.

Man this is awful, together with random insect bite sensations, like pins and needles. 
Seeing what I experienced 4.5 years ago. this has got me worried.
