Yes this must be the wave because my feelings in left arm are so intense yesterday And today. But it will pass like all other simptoms! Its just unpleasnt And annoyibg.

That's such a great thing! Separating yourself from what is benzo and what is you, you know?

As long as you know that it's all because of meds and "it's supposed to be this way", you're going to be ok! This way you'll always keep your feet grounded. Well done!

Yes. Its really helpfull to know you body because during wd we expirience so much simptoms that we never ever had before in life. And hopefully will never have again 😂 And What Crono Said those simptoms are normal for this journey. 
just wave windows patrern is hard because once you start feeling very good its dificult to be trown back in wave. But What can we do exept to learn how to surf the waves!

Milk it for what it's worth! Always take what little positive you can out of everything you face in life! We have to become chameleons and adapt. Then value what's important to YOU. From there on: Take one day at a time. Good things are coming!
