Hi @[ch...],

Are you asking about a specific method of tapering or a rate for the taper?  I'm not great with the different methods, but I can tell you a little about the rate.

Most folks cut their dose by 5-10% to start with every couple of weeks, based on how they are feeling.

They also take into consideration how they are feeling now.  Are you feeling well or are you experiencing some health problems?  This would help you to decide how much to start reducing by.
