Where to jump from lorazepam?

Hi,

Hoping someone with experience can weigh in.

I started tapering from one 0.5 lorazepam per day on April 1st.

The first month I dropped by 1% per day.

Starting May 1 I began dropping by 4% every two weeks instead of a steady daily decline.

I am now at 0.28 of a lorazepam which I take in the morning.

When should I just take the plunge and jump?  

I honestly don't know if I am having any side effects from the decrease.  I have periods of anxiety and rumination which have been steadily improving for months.  I have continued getting better since I've started decreasing.

I've actually not felt this good in three years.  I kind of think that the lower my lorazepam dose is the better I've been feeling.

tapering Ativan currently and am at .125 -

Wondering the same thing - have you taken the jump ? I’d love to hear your update.
