I went back to vaping today, which sucks (At least I'm not smoking cigarettes anymore), and I haven't touched a benzo in a month and a half.  I'm happy with where I'm at today.  No w/d for a long time now from the benzo.  I'm working full time now.  Not completely social, but that's ok it is what it is.

Yessir 1 taper a month down from 1mg to .75, 0.5, 0.375, 0.25, 0.125 then jumped!
