Head sensations - need support pls 🙏 😔

I'm having some strange head sensations. I can't explain them. Like a whirly feeling..as close as I can describe. The sensations change. I had this a few days ago but it's a bit persistent today. Someone pushed a chair in the room and it got a bit more 'whirly' when I heard the noise.

What is this?!?!  It's demotivating and scary.

None that you mentioned @[Ma...]. It's something else... can't explain it. And a mild tingly numbness on my face.

Yes, am doing ok on hydration...Will watch my food timings.

Yes @[Ma...]need to begin the taper. Watching the forums and the sxs from the sidelines isnt helping..

Sometimes it’s best to get the information you need then stay off the forums. Focus on your healing without looking for ‘twinship’. 

Come back for support or to do a search, otherwise you can quickly go down the rabbit hole.

We have a sticky brain. So you might read a symptom you don’t have but then convince yourself you do.
