Omega 3 fish oil gel caps

I have read omega 3 found in fish oil supplements are good for panic attacks and anxiety. It also helps with nerve regeneration. Anyone else heard of this before?

Yeah but I heard the effects are very light. It's a good fat though so i bet it won't hurt you..
