Just a quick thank you!

Hi, just wanted to pop on and say thank thank you to a few members who gave me the idea to drink some coffee to help with my chronic migraines!  
 

I was so hesitant to try becsuxe coffee was a big no-no for a long time, but so many others commented that it also helped them so I took the leap and started.  I only need literally a few big gulps and I use weak coffee, but it seems to be helping immensely!  
 

This morning I woke with a migraine so severe I thought I might need to go to the emergency, but I decided to have my mornings weak cup-o-Joe and see what happens.  Well it’s gone almost completely away!  
 

So thank you to those of you that suggested it!!!

Works for me too and if that works maybe try full cold water from the shower on the back of your head or an ice pack. vasoconstriction treats certain types of migraines.
