Cramps/pressure in my left arm > withdrawal?

Hi everyone. 
 

I’ve been having pretty bad pressure/cramps in the bottom of my left arm. This usually plays up the day after I’ve been drinking, especially when my anxiety is heightened. I’ve been wondering if this is just a withdrawal symptom, or it may have something to do with my heart? I’ve had some simple tests done before that show nothing wrong with my heart but the cramps are right around the arteries and it leaves me a little worried. I am aware that drinking alcohol while going through Benzo withdrawal is a very bad idea. I try to do so as little as possible but it’s very hard for me to go completely sober.
