Up dose time line Help!

Tapered too quickly from .5mg to .25mg- spaced out and was struggling awfully for 3 months waiting to see improvements/stability….it got to be too much and with Dr’s agreement went back up to .5mg March 31 this year - now June and I have achieved 70% relief from symptoms- so roughly 2 months, few days- how much longer to feel almost stabilized??   Anyone else have similar experiences??? Really need a friend to encourage me that I am in the right direction.  I will add that I was totally out of it during that whole 3 months of waiting before I up-dosed to .5mg …hoping that is the reason this is taking so long to resolve enough to feel ready to resume a much slower taper rate .
