Feeling very tired today

Recommended Posts

[En...]

I have been having one descent day to a wave day the next.

Today is a wave day. I woke up feeling very tired. I slept ok I think but I seem to feel very sleepy. I wanted to go back to sleep but I got up because I am trying to keep my sleep/wake schedule the same. The body and brain dont like change of routine.

My hands are also shakey today and I had anxiety this morning. I went for a walk to see if I can feel better and I do. However I am still sleepy. The walk helped with my anxiety. I try to go for walks daily for sunshine and fresh air. I spend too much time in my house recovering.

I found nothing that worked better than progressively more activity of any sort. The walks are a good hint.

Yes I agree I try to get outside for a walk as much as i can. Somedays it is difficult to get the motivation to do that but I force myself to. I think.it is very important to get some activity. It does help with anxiety. The physical symptoms it doesn't help. If I am deep withdrawal I try to at least go outside for sunshine and fresh air. I'll look at the blue sky and listen to the birds and watch the bees in the flowers.

I keep telling myself one day this will all be a bad memory. We are all suffering through this together.  I am grateful for the good days. I take none of those for granted.
