Will a Dr help me taper if I’ve been using Xanax with no prescription

I just want to go to sleep but I can smell literally everything. Even the trash bags.

Jay75 how long did your withdrawal last with your CT? I can try to find someone on my own but I would really like a DR to put a plan in place. I think I would stick to it better then self medicating like I have been.

Some of us were prescribed this medication by a Dr. What Dr prescribes this poison long term knowing the result. I am not impressed with my Dr these days and he has not been supportive at all. I have been on my own to deal with this. He won't even return my calls. Thank god for this site.
