@[Wi...], hi and welcome to BenzoBuddies!) Really glad you've found us and posted here.

I'm so sorry for all the benzo/ its withdrawal torture you're going through. I think it's never too late but our optimal way of benzo withdrawing depends on many things. First, how long did you take it? How often? Why did you go cold turkey 5 months ago? And, most important, how much awful your current symptoms are. Quitting benzo can feel really tough on us for a while but it's often just something inevitable we, anyway, must patiently go through. If your issues are unbearable, meaning you can't function, then, perhaps, it might be a good idea to reinstate and, after stabilising, start an even dosage reduction. Unfortunately, it doesn't always work. I do hope other our members will share their thoughts to the point too.
