Any1 dosing 1nce a night

Any1 trying dosing 1nce a nyt and how’s it going can you get through the day without to mutch withdrawals,my day doses are making me feel worse now,I missed this mornings dose as I felt ok

I took my fist just before 12 when I’m usually take my 2nd dose,.and like clockwork felt like crap

Now I’m in the dilemma that I’ve 1 dose to squeeze back in today,I’m only 7 days in from my last 1mg drop and don’t know if I  fancy another drop after this last weeks withdrawals

I know I’m feeling my best right in between  doses the now as they wear of.I duno if my body’s telling me it’s time for another drop or what.

im very interested in the once a night dose if any1 is on that,.I might just try see the day out for a night dose if it’s doable

I’m on 6mg of Xanax in one go at night , I can go the next day to to the evening and start to feel agited but not sure if it’s just my mind ,it’s driving me mad ,ur not alone ❤️

I take one dose before bed. I have withdrawal symptoms but that is to be expected. The symptoms get better with time. I would think the longer acting benzos you can take once a day but the shorter acting ones you will have interdose withdrawal.
