Stress brings waves

I'm 21 months benzo free and stress brings me waves, I feel helpless like my brain will collapse and I get fever (not actual fever but feverish for months). 

Is there anyone who felt that way and now stress doesn't brings waves?

No 1 trigger is stress for me,.it’s brilliant to see your 21 month free of them,.its a hard read seeing folk still struggling though so far from stopping,.I seriously don’t think I could suffer for that long
