Sleep and insomnia

This has happened in the past with me were I sleep one day on and one day off. I was so happy to have a window for a small period then I cut again. Just wondering has anyone had the one day on and off sleep?

 the story of my life with withdrawal insomnia,bad night good night,.what’s weird is You can feel worse in the day sometimes after the better nights sleep,I’ve had that a few times.

No far from it pal,.8mg diazepam into a 7 day drop,.I think I’ve a lot worse nights of bad sleep to come yet
