Wild swinging

Hey all. I’ve been posting about this 4 1/2 month wave I’ve been in at 7 1/2 years, which has been really brutal. Two nights ago I kind of hit bottom and then suddenly went into a window. Yesterday for most of the day, I felt like I was in a window that felt, important, different in ways that led me to believe I’m really on my way out of this. Then today it’s like an anvil fell on my head, excruciating emotional pain again. It is just the craziest craziest thing. Yesterday I said to myself, no matter what happens after this, I am confident that I really am recovering, and that this crazy swinging is part of the process. I will hold onto my confidence, even if it gets bad again. And here only one day later , I’m so confused and upset. I have had Windows 5 out of the last seven days. I know that’s a really good sign. I just can’t understand why it has to come back like an anvil falling on my head after I have a window. Anyway, just wanted to share.
