Hyonic Jerks

Has anyone else has hours of hypnic jerks?  I am getting little to no sleep because of them.  One night I had 75 jerks.  Last night I only had 10.  It feels like pure brain damage.  I can't even do a basic function.

i frequently did. usually as trying to sleep and 75 would have been a good day. it improves. dont overthink it. i have had this before ever trying benzos too but rarely. was an antidepressant side effect. i have had them occassionally before that even likely from stress  

i tried massage and stuff without luck. if i stopped trying to sleep it would usually stop and return when trying to sleep. 

I am prone to reactions to drugs i think.

I had them once and a while before too.  It's exhausting. This entire thing is.
