Multivitamins with 100% RDA fine?

Took a blood test, shows some deficiencies despite eating very healthy. Thinking of adding a multivitamin with 100% RDA of everything (no iron multivitamin). Anyone takes that?

I take vitamins and minerals and have no problem.

I take only D3 , zink and C vitamin . Unsure of how much D3 is best,
