Does anyone knows the equivalency between diazepam and phenobarbital for therapeutic treatment of anxiety?

Does anyone knows the equivalency between diazepam and phenobarbital for therapeutic treatment of anxiety? 

There are large discrepancies between infos online and most of them are referring to alcohol detox. 

I found 10 mg diazepam equals 30 mg/20mg/50 mg pheno. 

My doctor said 10mg diazepam equals 100mg pheno. 

I want to make a switch but not playing Russian roulette to get into withdrawal if dose is too low or to get hooked on too high dose of pheno.

 

I have akathisia as a setback, i react opposite to every med tried. Now im on Diazepam and I get paradoxical reactions from it and i would like to switch to phenobarbital.
