Took my afternoon dose and in a while, got pretty restless with wierd head sensations and mild dpdr.

Developed a fresh round of hypnic jerks this last one week while going to bed or when waking up. These send up waves of anxiety in my body.

So uncomfortable right now. Tried sorting out my kitchen but had to return to bed
