If doing a slow symptom based taper from 3mg ativan, what is the range of time it can take to complete a safe taper?

I know it's hard to predict this, but what would be a rough range?

Hello @[...]. One of the most important lessons we need to learn when implementing a symptom-guided taper is “Toss out the calendar.”  Another important lesson is that taper planning is not a one-time event but rather an iterative process. 

However, I can share with you that the ‘slower’ taper regimen for lorazepam in The Maudsley Deprescribing Guidelines (Horowitz & Taylor, 2024) has 72 steps starting from a total daily dose of 3mg with reductions made every 1-4 weeks as tolerated.
