What helps relieve foot pain? It's bad.

@[...], what kind of pain is it, burning, bursting, heaviness, spasms or what? Does it depend on walking? I know some people feel it better if they walk, odd. Some people find it easier if they pore cold or hot water on their feet. Smth cold or hot in general. Massage. There are medications but i'm bad at it.

So sorry for everything you're going through now! Wish i could help you better. Please, don't give up. Keep seeking. I'm sure you'll find a way out and get better eventually!

Hi Kate, it was intense pain in all my toes that lasted all night. I took paracetamol and soaked my feet in hot water. It's better now! Thanks
