@[fa...] I had a lot of tight muscle issues after my taper. Pain everywhere. I saw a Physical Therapist weekly for muscle problems and she gave me a lot of relief. She was able to find the tight spots in  my muscles (trigger points) and "release" them. Wow . . . what a difference that made. I feel for you. PT might be something to consider? :classic_smile:

Thank you. I actually started trigger point massage.  This stuff is brutal
