Cut and hold times

Hey buddies, for the ones tapering , how much do you cut, what are the worst days, and what rate are you cutting at.  And most important what are you tapering V

I’ m tapering diazepam. Started in Sept of ‘21 with a 60 mg cross over from Klonopin and Ativan. I’m now at 3.162 mgs. I cut 5% once a month. All days are tough. I’m the worst from 10AM to about 1PM daily. Things improve  in the evenings. Follows the same daily pattern always.
