Yesterday

Yesterday was a mad 1,.woke up around 6,.most that morning before my 11.30 dose was nothing but agitation/worry/stressed easy,.I was also a bit clumsy,even my eye sight was of,.seeing slight tracers of the furniture,.took the 11.30 dose and gave myself a shake and got things done,.felt better in the afternoon,.went a good walk,went to bed to lie down about 10,.usually I take my night dose at 11.30,.I fell asleep without it and woke up at 2 am and took it,.first time I’ve fell asleep without it,droping another %10 down to 8mg this Thursday again as I think I’m handling a weekly drop just now,

Why don’t you start a Progress Blog (in main menu) for others to follow and so you can keep track and refer to as symptoms subside?

Yea I’ll do that Mary,.the start of the tapper was all over the bit,but yea I’m strict with it now,.I’m going of the Ashton m,.I’ll start blogging it for folk if it helps someone else along the line.
