New plan to taper off Xanax

Hello after a rough night of 3 hours sleep needed a new plan. Have only been on Xanax .25 for about 3 months with some spikes up to 1.5 to 2 mg as well as some Ambien and Ativan. Now just want to taper with Xanax only. Starting a .125 at 10am and a 0.125 at 10 pm. For 7 days than cut to 0.0625 same times 7 more days than week 3 stop but if withdrawal issues come up go to 1/4 of the .25 mg Xanax for 7 days. Is this a feesable plan? Seems a but quick but so close to getting off it might be okay. All opinions welcome, thanks
