Hi all, reaching out for any and all support. I’m almost 7 1/2 years off and now entering four months of a horrific setback. I cannot comprehend how it keeps getting worse. The emotional overwhelm, pain, anxiety, fear, depression etc is almost relentless. This is easily three times worse than acute was and is lasting tremendously longer.  It has come out of nowhere. It’s terrifying that it keeps intensifying…. Please help and thank you

sounds very rough. you are in the right place though. lots of support here. any big triggers or lots smaller ones?
