Worst at 2 weeks off

I saw that the accute was till 2 weeks. But I’m on my 16 days and it’s just worst. Anyone with the same experience?

Hi Kris111, it's not uncommon to feel like that at two weeks out. it was over a month before I noticed improvements. Your in the acute phase where symptoms are almost always the worst and most persistant. Hang in there!

the more good things you can manage for yourself the better things will go. walking lots will do more than anything else. even if it seems impossible. i had a type of controlled meditative like walking around my house that really helped the akathisia i got and gave me exercise.
