Electric pain in back of throat and ear canal.

I’m starting to get new nerve pain and symptoms . I don’t know what to do anymore . I rapid tapered in October and I was only prescribed it to get off alcohol in 2023. Was on it for a total of like 2-3 months . I have been suffering ever since . Worst pain anyone can imagine and I’m not exaggerating here. Doctors don’t know what to do my MRI was clean please I need answers what can I do to heal I’m so hopeless 

Could it have been a virus , could it have been Brain damage . I’m 25 years old I should have healed by now . I wasn’t even on it that long for fucks sake . I’ve been suffering longer now than I was on them it makes no sense .

id like to mention to my tongue gets super metallic / salty / or bitter , and sometimes it happens at the same time as my throat electric pain so I assume it’s something to do with my glossopharyngeal nerve
