Feeling worse after dose

So I’m on 5mg Valium tapper every 12 hr midday and midnight,.thing is say I wake about 6.30am like the last 2 days,dealing with tremors,mind overthinking but get up and just get on with the day,.through the morning I actually feel a lot more myself,and it’s a relief,.after taking the 12.00 midday dose,.the feeling that im getting now is a lot worse than before it,.like it’s really slowing my brain activity, low mood,pressure headache,feel over tired and more anxious than before taking it,..and as it wears of say around 5pm 6pm I feel more myself again,.so this totally feels like it’s working against me now,any1 experience this crap
