Hi all, having a bad few days as I tried to taper my AD too quickly. I have been looking at healing the hypothalamus (as you do). Chromium picolate is recommended, wondered if anyone had tried it .

I have over the years taken large doses of chromium for sugar cravings.  It works for that.
