15 years out

Hi. My name is Bob. I used to comment here years back. I am 15 years off now.  I had horrendous withdrawal symptoms from a cold turkey from valium. Had seizures and the whole nine yards. Never, ever cold turkey! Most folks do recover within 2 years or less. I was very bad but kept going. I would say I am 95%. For me head symptoms were awful. Brain on fire, numbness, electricity, etc. When I get stressed I do feel sensations in my head. Nothing like before though. 

This is a great site. Keep reading and going. Any help for you all I have a you tube channel.   Under Benzo Bob. Don't give up. Keep going! Amen!

@[Bo...], thank you for coming back and sharing your positive experience!) It's so crucial to know people who went through the hell are doing ok.

By the way, my head symptoms are my worst too. Special thanks to you for the Past Tense about them!) Think i'll be able to somehow cope with some sensations in the head when stressed out in the future.

We will keep going! That's exactly what we're doing!)
