Was sleeping fine until the unknown happened

Omg zI am on 72 plus hours with zero sleep.  An hour I think. Feeling very uneasy. Sick, foggy, seeing things etc.

I go through these periods all the time. This time I have mirtazipine which doesn't work. Some say its for sleep more at lower doses.

Begs the question how can my doctor no know this and the pharmacist? The latter said don't believe the net and mister doctor by not saying anything should be in trouble. I will complain but I'll let the taper still go. Can't change docs middway as it may go sideways then you lose both.

I'll try during the day. I need something asap. Can I see two doctors as my current doc proven to not know about a very common drug? I'm scared but I hope this doctor gives me help at our 9 am appointment today.

I'm sorry, I know how awful no sleep is.  I think you can absolutely get a second opinion from a different doctor.  It's your life and your health.

Thanks @[Bu...]. I'm at the docs now. changing docs is risky as my current guy stayed with 5.5 mg for two more weeks. But doesn't communicate it. This guy is a psin specialist and I'll be feeling good as he's going to back injections with a anesthetic that makes you feel on cloud nine for 5 hours. Lol good timing. 

It was my wife that woke me up 1 he into a sleep comes come at 12 to 1 am. Such is life right.

@[ba...] see if you can talk with someone at the clinic at St Paul’s - they know their stuff about benzos and have good docs there

@[Bo...] what dose are you on. Verybconfusing because they day the lowet the dose the more sleepy u will get?

Super confusing situation. Pain doc gave Mr a sleep script but if I fill I'm risking doctor getting mad. Dummy pharmacist said he eill get mad. So confusing. Tired af I'll take a nap and see what a low dose mirtazipine does. Thanks so much and bunnie I'm basically at home and staying like a treatment centre so I can't go alone Erich I understand but in a couple months screw everyone I will try st pauls.
