Hi :)

Just popped on here to say hello and hope everyone is doing okay. Or trying to!

I'm stuck on 32 mg of Valium. 12mg  am, 10 afternoon, 10 bedtime.

Been doing 1 mg reductions every 2-3 weeks quite fine, except for major anxiety and insomnia.

 

I switched over from Klon 1.5 mg/day over about 5 months a year or so ago. Dr will allow slow taper

 

I'm having a hard time deciding if I should reduce again (it's been a month of anxiety and 32 mg) or just hold. Historically, I had a few days of symptoms after a reduction, and it wasn't pleasant, but it was doable considering. This one isn't letting up.

 

I will add I'm also in perimenopause and have thyroid issues.  Any support would be appreciated. I'm bummed!
