Cortisol surges

I’m going to post this in Alternative Therapies but as many don’t go there, I thought this might be helpful here as well.

At night it’s common for cortisol to surge, just as it is in the mornings. For me it’s caused body temperature increases, heart palpitations, anxiety, sleep disturbances and more.

I recently started taking Integrative Cortisol Manager before sleep and it helps. A lot. I find it extremely relaxing and it has fairly eliminated the surges. It isn’t a sleeping pill, for me at least.
