Need support

I'm 20 months out, and I'm not feeling any better. 

1. Emotional numbness and feeling traumatized which makes me fear death. 

2. Heart palpitations and shortness of breath every moment (Severe in morning). 

These 2 makes me feel horrible and keeps me in bed. 

My wife left me in our new marriage and I'm dealing with the withdrawal of separation too. 

I feel no way out.

Are you seeing a therapist to help you cope?

silly tripe is sadly the solution here. like the only way out is through. it is hard to know when the actual withdrawal ended and when the trauma and loss took over. the symptoms are pretty much identical. the way out is through. it started for me with just getting groceries even though noise still hurt my ears. i backtracked many times before finally getting functional again but I am certain we all get trapped at some point just trying to endure until it ends when we should be getting back to normal life things. kind of a fake it till you make it. do normal life things and as normal fills your head again you snap out of it.
