 Not sure if these links show up or not.  My only point in posting this is to show how much variation there is in conversions between benzos.  I’m on .29 of Clonazepam and it lists my Valium equivalent as anywhere between 0.7 and 5.8!  That’s a huge difference.  I think when you see people say I struggled below “x mg” of whatever, just take it with a grain of salt is all I’m saying.  We are all very different. And so are all the tables that convert between benzos.  I had taken it as gospel that 1 mg of Clonazepam was 20 of Valium.  It seems there is a big range.
