How do you know when your healed?

I understand most people on here probably aren't fully healed, but for those who are, how did you know when you had made it through to the other side? was it a gradual realisation? or a eureka moment?

I think this is also very individual. Most have waves and windows and get less waves and more windows as they heal. My healing after 7 months has just been very steady without any waves and windows. But that might change. There seems to be no real reason or order how healing acour!
