Hi all,

I am new here and need advice . I have been on .5 mg Ativan for 2 months , I started with 1 mg. My Dr suggested that I cut my .5 to .25 . I have now been on .25 for 4 days and have severe anxiety and just out of it . Can I get some positive feedback on weening without all the side effects!

I am glad you joined us! Tapering is very much doable, thank you for posting to the correct forum! :)  I am certain our Buddies will share their insights very soon and you they will help you find a tapering method that is more comfortable to you.
